James Yeo Shan Yuan is a seasoned investment professional and chief executive with over 15 years of experience spanning corporate finance, asset management, and private wealth advisory. As CEO of Auspac Investment Management Pte. Ltd., he leads the firm's strategic direction, overseeing a diversified portfolio of investment solutions tailored to the needs of accredited investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices across the region.
With a strong foundation in credit markets, James specialises in secured loan structures, credit underwriting, deal structuring, and risk mitigation. His investment philosophy centres on preserving and growing generational wealth through disciplined capital allocation, rigorous risk management, and a pragmatic understanding of evolving market dynamics across Asia.

Director
Andrew Young is a seasoned legal and corporate professional with extensive APAC experience in mergers and acquisitions, fund management, and cross-border compliance and regulatory matters relating to business expansion. He has led and negotiated major M&A transactions across Singapore, Malaysia, and China, overseeing due diligence, deal execution, and post-closing integration. Andrew is particularly strong in stakeholder management for M&A, regularly coordinating leadership teams, external counsel, regulators, counterparties, and operational units to ensure alignment on deal strategy, commercial terms, and integration milestones.
His corporate action experience includes leading the spin-off and IPO of a China healthcare subsidiary on the SGX Catalist Board, managing a separate quotation on Beijing’s New Third Board, and advising on a USD 177 million joint venture with GIC and Frasers Property. Andrew’s cross-jurisdictional expertise spans regulatory compliance, data localisation, payment services regulations, and multi-market licence applications across APAC.

He served as the CFO of Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited (SGX Mainboard-listed) for 12 years before retiring in May 2022. He was also a Non-Executive Director of Aoxin Q & M Dental Group Limited (SGX Catalist-listed) from its listing in April 2017 until his retirement in April 2023. Vitters is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, a Fellow Member of the Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
With decades of leadership in listed companies, he brings deep expertise in corporate governance, capital structuring, and strategic financial planning. Built on a strong academic foundation in Accounting and Finance, her career spans mortgage lending, private wealth advisory, and alternative investments across multiple market cycles and a diverse range of investor profiles. Head of Fund Operations
Wendy Koh is Head of Fund Operations at Auspac Investment Management, where she leads end-to-end fund operations, overseeing fund subscriptions and redemptions, NAV reconciliation and reporting, and the launch and onboarding of new funds and structures in coordination with legal counsel, custodians, banks and fund administrators.
A senior operations leader with more than 20 years of experience across asset management, private banking and fund operations, Wendy has built a strong track record in fund launches, NAV oversight and operational transformation across traditional asset managers, family offices and fintech platforms. Prior to joining Auspac, she was Senior Operations Manager at Rockstead Capital, and before that Head of Operations at Marketnode, where she helped the founding team build a fund settlement utility platform for the asset management industry. As Head of Operations at Asset Management One Singapore, she delivered major system implementations including DTCC CTM and Enfusion. Her earlier career includes senior operations roles at Tokio Marine Asset Management International, RHB Bank, HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) and United Overseas Bank.

He is especially astute in developing and implementing quantitative trading models with custom risk parameters. He has strong expertise in implementing highly scalable quantitative trading strategies for high conviction, long/short and sector agnostic US equities portfolios. Prior to joining AIM, he was with Mindful Wealth Pte Ltd as a Portfolio Manager and is concurrently the CIO of Grow Alpha Capital Pty Ltd.

At Auspac, Amanda manages UHNW client portfolios and delivers comprehensive wealth strategies tailored to complex needs. Her areas of expertise include family office advisory, Variable Capital Company (VCC) structuring, cross-border asset allocation, and multi-asset portfolio management.

John Teng is a founder, operator, and strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience spanning wealth management, risk and compliance, corporate strategy, business development, and cross-border operations.
He began his career with globally recognised banks and private wealth institutions, holding roles across wealth management, credit risk, compliance, and operational risk. He subsequently moved into corporate strategy and general management, where he evaluated investment and divestment opportunities and supported the expansion of consumer and education businesses across Singapore, Hong Kong, and mainland China.
John later established his own business and advisory interests, working across market analysis, business feasibility, growth strategy, and investment evaluation. He is also a licensed property practitioner in Singapore and the founder of an AI-enabled property advisory venture, bringing together his experience in finance, regulated markets, technology, and consumer decision-making.
As an Advisor to Auspac Investment Management, John contributes strategic and commercial perspectives on business development and investment opportunities.
John holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School and a First Class Honours BSc in Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics, University of London, where he ranked third in his graduating cohort.

Eric's expertise spans from startups, small medium sized enterprises, large corporates, funds, family offices to asset management companies. Prior to InCorp, corporate banking experience for 12 years covering mid to large sized multinationals and enterprises.
Previous Group Chief Commercial Officer for InCorp Group, a corporate services firm headquartered in Singapore for 8 years. Part of founding management team that completed 20+ roll-up acquisitions in AsiaPac and built up the company from a single country capability into 8 countries.
